No parties or events are allowed, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety, and tampering with them incurs a $1000 fine. Pets must be leashed or crated outside, and guests are responsible for any damage caused. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an extra fee.
