This 2-bedroom apartment features a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with a gated pool on the property for you to lounge under the sun. Within walking distance from the beach and a variety of restaurants, nightlife, and attractions, this apartment is the perfect getaway for friends, family, or a work trip. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Additional consumables or towels and linens are available for an additional fee. Conveniently located, the FLL airport is a mere half-hour away, and you'll find yourself in proximity to diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, expansive malls, cozy cafes, essential grocery outlets, and the iconic Pompano Beach Pier. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Checkout is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12 PM checkout fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before checkout. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed. A $500 fine applies for violations. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. The property is monitored with exterior cameras to ensure guest safety. Any alteration of the security cameras will result in a $1000 fine. Pets must be leashed or crated anytime they're outside, and guests are responsible for any damage caused. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout as there is no storage facility available.
