This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 double beds, making it the perfect getaway for friends or family during your next Florida vacation! One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc., buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Conveniently situated, the FLL airport is just a half-hour drive away. You’ll be close to diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, expansive malls, cozy cafes, essential grocery stores, and the iconic Pompano Beach Pier. With an in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and ample storage space, this apartment is perfect for both short- and long-term stays. A $500 fine for violation of the no parties/events/gatherings policy. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows/doors to the unit closed. A $500 fine for violation. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. The property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please treat the property as if it were your own for your enjoyment and future travelers.
