You'll find yourself close to diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, expansive malls, cozy cafes, essential grocery outlets, and the iconic Pompano Beach Pier, all within walking distance. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Late check-out at 12 PM is available for an additional $25 if requested by 9 PM the night before. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety, and tampering with them will incur a $1000 fine. Pets are welcome with prior inquiry regarding breed limitations and agreement to the pet policy. A laptop computer is not included. The apartment includes a desk workspace, making it suitable for remote work.
