The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances,granite countertops,a breakfast bar,and ample cabinet space. The two guest bedrooms have ceiling fans and closet space. The guest bathroom has a separate tiled shower. The house comes with a washer and dryer. We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider 2 pet(s) under 30 lbs. Prior approval is required,and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. House is occupied,only virtual tours at this time.
