This Garden District home is ideal for families, business professionals, or anyone seeking great value near all Pensacola has to offer. The living room features a television and board games, with complimentary Netflix via the attached Roku. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, utensils, knives, and glassware. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser/side table, and a small closet. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed with a desk and small closet. The third bedroom (AKA Master Bedroom) has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet, a dresser, and two side tables. The master bath has a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a bidet attached to the toilet. The hall bathroom has a tub shower and one sink. At the end of the hallway is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. The backyard has a fire pit with two lawn chairs and a clothesline. The front yard has space for one car and a small patio. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Located on N C Street just west of downtown Pensacola, this home is in close proximity to a variety of things to do in Pensacola and nearby beaches, and is also close to Bayview Dog Beach. It's a 5-minute drive to Seville Quarter, 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola and Corey Station, a 3-minute drive to Blue Wahoos Stadium, and a 20-minute drive to Pensacola Beach. While the area is walkable to a few restaurants, driving is recommended, though Uber and Lyft are readily available. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If there are any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If pets are left unattended in the home, they must be crated. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. [SI]
