While the neighborhood is safe, it does lack charm and isn’t the most walkable or visually appealing area. It’s an older community with a lived-in feel, and the sidewalks aren’t fully walkable. You’ll be best served taking them downtown or to the beach for outdoor fun instead of walking around the neighborhood. You're welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and we kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Evidence of pets will incur additional cleaning fees. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time.
