The location is extremely convenient, with a short drive to downtown Pensacola, the beach, and other scenic spots. Inside, you’ll find a warm, modern space that’s been freshly remodeled, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Evidence of pets will incur additional cleaning fees. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Smoking or vaping inside the house or on the property will incur a $200 fee. Additional fees for smoking are $250, vomit/bodily fluid or waste are $250, broken glass/food in hot tub are $250, illegal drug paraphernalia are $250, glitter or confetti are $200, unauthorized pets are $200, dirty dishes are $50, and a missing towel is $20 per towel. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person.
