Forgotten personal items may be shipped domestically within one week of discovery; the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee. The location is extremely convenient, with a short drive to downtown Pensacola, the beach, and other scenic spots. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees will be charged for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). There is a 3 vehicle maximum. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at the property. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time.
