Proof of income is required with your submission. BACKGROUND CHECK AND EVICTIONS: We complete a criminal background check and eviction history on all applicants. When looking at an applicant’s criminal history, the type of offense, the severity of the offense, and the length of time since the offense occurred are considered. CREDIT CHECK: We require a minimum credit score of 600 for all properties. SECURITY DEPOSITS: Security Deposit shall be 1-2 month’s rent; depending on the credit score.
