The minimum age to rent is 25. There is no beach access from January 5 to January 31, 2026, due to construction on the boardwalk. Guests may use the public access located at 270 S. Wall Street. The resort has an exterior restoration project going on through March. There is no access to the balcony, and guests should expect noise and dust. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there will be no compensation to guests.
