The area offers beach activities and rental services such as Jet Ski's, chair and umbrella rentals, banana boat rides, and parasailing. Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may be loud and disruptive, with construction noise beginning at 8:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. Registered guests occupying the apartment must be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children, in which case all guests must be 25 or older. Any booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require a credit card and matching ID on file, with no exceptions, otherwise the reservation will be canceled and refunded. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Our partner is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, and public parks. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. If you book this property and are not at least 21 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 21 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 21 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 21 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 21 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 21 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.
