Parking passes are $30 and wristbands are $6 each. A maximum of two vehicles are permitted per condo. This property is not pet friendly. Smoking and parties are not permitted inside the property, and there is a $500 fine for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs.
