Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, this home features two bedrooms and two full baths. This newly renovated townhouse offers a perfect blend of beach access, comfort, and convenience. It features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. Enjoy new furniture, freshly painted walls, updated kitchen utensils, small appliances, beds, window furnishings, and outdoor furniture. There is also a covered upper porch and a fenced backyard perfect for enjoying sunsets with friends and family. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, and other gear for you to enjoy during your stay, but is not available for parking. A fire pit and gas grill are available, but propane is the responsibility of the guests. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $175 for each animal per stay, up to 2 dogs with a max weight of 25 lbs per dog. No puppies are allowed. Prearrangement is required before arrival, and you must provide a picture of the pet, a copy of your pet's current rabies vaccination, and a copy of your veterinarian record showing weight.
