There is a weight limit of 25lbs and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo.
