This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features spacious living, a modern walk-in shower, and all the comforts of home. Enjoy pools, covered parking, and a beachfront setting perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a convenient, unforgettable escape by the water. The modern kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, silverware, and more, making it perfect for group meals in the spacious dining area. The living room offers balcony access, comfortable couches and side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also provided. Covered parking is available, and pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25lbs per pet, and certain breeds are restricted. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag on the premises. Management reserves the right to request proof of vaccination in cases of aggressive behavior or if a pet bites another guest. Visit St. Andrews State Park for scenic trails, kayaking, and wildlife viewing, or take a short boat ride to Shell Island, a secluded beach paradise. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered. Pets are welcome only with prior written approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. A $500 fine per pet will apply if a pet is brought without disclosure, fee payment, or completion of the required pet registration form prior to check-in. Please help us conserve energy by using utilities responsibly. Excessive or negligent use, such as running the air conditioning with doors or windows open, may result in additional charges. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or abandoned personal items. Please take a moment to check for your belongings before departure. On rare occasions, it may be necessary for maintenance staff, management, or contractors to access the property for urgent repairs or scheduled service. We will always attempt to provide advance notice whenever possible. We understand that accidents happen, and we ask all guests to promptly report any damage that occurs during their stay. Open communication allows us to work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution. However, failure to report damage may result in charging the credit card on file for the full cost of repair or replacement. A notice of the charge and supporting documentation will be sent to the email address provided at booking. As this is a private residence, the property may be sold or transferred at any time. Should a sale occur after your booking, we will make every effort to either honor your reservation or assist in finding comparable accommodation. We reserve the right to move guests to a comparable unit. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible to minimize any disruption to your travel plans. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be approved in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges of $100 per hour. Guests who violate house rules, exceed occupancy limits, bring unauthorized pets, cause disturbances, damage the property, or otherwise breach the terms of this reservation may be subject to immediate removal for cause. In such cases, management reserves the right to evict the guest without notice beyond that required by law. Guests removed for cause will forfeit payment for each night already occupied. The remaining unused portion of the stay will be refunded at the time of removal. Eviction may be enforced with assistance from law enforcement if necessary. By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with all house rules and understand that violations may result in removal without refund for used nights. The apartment is ideal for remote work, offering comfortable spaces for working remotely if needed. Starting August 4, 2025, the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT). Renovations are focused on the exterior of the building and will not affect the interior of your unit. However, balcony access will be restricted at times, and work on the balconies may impact your stay. Certain walkways will be temporarily closed for major renovations, which may limit access to your condo. These dates should already be reflected on the booking calendar, but we encourage you to contact our team to confirm whether your stay may be affected. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve the property and uphold its high standards.
