Guest registration fees include entry to the resort and use of many amenities, including pools, hot tubs, a splash pad, Oceans Restaurant, Edgie’s surf shop, and beach access. Other club amenities such as golf, the fitness center, and all court sports still carry an additional fee, and one vehicle access pass is included. A second vehicle may be added for $30. While discouraged in the summer due to limited space, two extra vehicles may be added for $80 each. Extra motorcycles are $20 each during non-Bike Week. A trailer/RV/pull behind in off-season, non-Bike week is $40/week. Less than two miles from the shops and restaurants of Panama City Beach, this home is close to all the things that make Florida great, thanks to the Edgewater Resort. The sandy shores and warm gulf waters of the beach are right across the road with direct access via the tram service/Passover bridge. Par-3 golfing and a beautiful pond are also nearby. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends). All guests must register before their stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and on the property for the duration of the reservation. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fine and ejection. [SI]
