Violations may result in being asked to vacate without refund and additional charges for damages. Guests must be 25 or older to rent and must remain at the property during the rental period. Codes are released only to the reserving guest. There must be one adult over 25 for every two individuals under 25. No parties, events, commercial photography, or videography are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the home, on porches, or balconies, with a $500 fine for violations.
