You've found your dream vacation home! Feel at home in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house that sleeps 8 people and boasts luxury finishes and appliances throughout. The house has no stairs and the master bathroom features a walk-in shower, perfect for those with limited range of motion. The open concept living and dining areas ensure that you and your guests will have plenty of room to rest, relax, and play! The fully fenced yard is great for privacy. The backyard features a private pool, gas grill, and covered seating. Bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels. A street legal golf cart is included for guest use. Outside, there are 5 driveway parking spaces, boat parking for guests who are looking to bring their vessel, and garage spaces for multiple bikes as well. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or spend the day shopping, dining, and enjoying the white sand beaches easily accessed by bike or golf cart. The home is a short walk from beach access and a public boat ramp (lagoon and gulf access). Our favorite local spots include St. Andrew's State Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Dat Cajun Place, Liza's Kitchen, Finn's Island Style Grub & Barista Bar, Patches Pub, Diego's Burrito Factory, Paparazzi Pizza, Panama City Beach Winery, Gypsea Crepes, Sue's Thai Cafe, and Andy's Flour Power Cafe and Bakery. There are security cameras located in the front and back yards of the residence and inside the garage. There are no cameras in the living areas of the residence. There is also an alert on the back doors leading to the pool area as required. The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay! There is a strict 8-person capacity limit. Anyone exceeding this limit will be subject to immediate discontinuation of their reservation without refund. Up to 2 dogs, of non-aggressive breeds and under 60 lbs each, are allowed upon approval and payment of a $115 pet fee. Please treat the property with care and respect. No parties or events are permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Please communicate any property damage or maintenance needs to the property managers immediately.
