A maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted in the private driveway only; no trailers or boats are allowed. Please do not block neighbors' driveways or walkways. Please do not eat or drink on couches or beds, and do not hang wet towels or clothing on balconies or railings. Use makeup towels for makeup removal instead of white towels, and only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running, and do not set the thermostat below 64°F. Please do not take glass out to the pool and be mindful of noise around the pool, especially in the evenings. Supervise children at all times, as the pool is not fenced from the backyard. Please do not attempt to tamper with pool equipment; if there is an issue, contact us immediately. Weekly pool service occurs on Thursdays, weather permitting, and the pool may not be accessible for about an hour after cleaning. No glass containers are allowed on the beach. Help protect dunes and wildlife by not walking on dunes. Fill in any holes dug before leaving the beach and remove all trash.
