Basic and reasonable utilities included. The room is available for short or long term rentals, minimum 1 month stay, but prefer 6 months to a year lease. Ideal for, and prefer, traveling nurses, but open to other renters, as long as all background and credit checks are clear. Must complete and pay for an application, $45. No loud parties, no overnight guests, etc., unless approved by landlord at least a week or more in advance. One small, potty trained pet (cat or dog) allowed with a pet deposit of $200, fully refundable if landlord does not have to do any pet related cleanup or repairs. Any major damage done by pets will be tenant's responsibility. Landlord will be at the property once or twice a month for a week or more at a time and will always communicate to tenants 24 hours ahead of time.
