The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, single burner, sink, and a dinette area. Complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided, along with starter paper towels/napkins, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a clothing rack dryer. Private driveway parking for one vehicle is available. A 15% discount is offered for monthly stays. This centrally located residential area is a prime spot for exploring the Keys, Everglades, Shark Valley, Brickell/Downtown, beaches, and Wynwood. Enjoy a 5-10 minute walk to shops, grocery stores, malls, restaurants, and bus stops.
