The condo association does not allow tenants to have pets without application and prior approval of the Board. The rental term is for one year. The HOA board requires all tenants to have renter's insurance (usually costs around $250/year and available from most any insurer). Residents with a Hammock Beach Club Membership can make use of a variety of amenities, including pools, fitness facilities, club rooms, and even tennis and pickleball courts.
