All outside door entrances feature a smart door lock that can only be opened with a numeric passcode for a convenient and secure access. Each tenant will be provided with a unique door lock passcode. Security cameras are present on the outside perimeter of the premises for the safety of the tenants. This house is perfectly situated near several shopping plazas, including a Publix and a Walmart Neighborhood. It is exactly 2.9 miles away from UCF, 4.3 miles from Valencia College (East Campus), 6.9 miles from Seminole State College (Oviedo Campus), 7.8 miles from Full Sail University, and 11 miles from Rollins College. There is also a Lynx bus stop within walking distance off to the side of the property for public transportation. LEASE INFORMATION & APPLICATION: Leases are available for 3-months, 6-months, 9-months, and 1-year terms. Rental will only be provided to students who show proof of current school registration.
