Shared spaces include a patio and a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. This is a pet-friendly apartment with a fee that applies. Parking is available for up to 2 compact cars per unit; commercial vehicles and oversized vehicles are not permitted. Centrally located, you’ll be just minutes away from popular attractions, dining, and shopping, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. Oviedo on the Park is a short drive away and offers walking trails, playgrounds, and a scenic lake. Black Hammock Adventures offers airboat rides across Lake Jesup. Lukas Nursery & Butterfly Encounter is a serene oasis with butterflies among tropical plants and flowers. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise should be kept to a minimum. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). A pet fee of $60 applies for pets under 100 lbs, and $250 for stays of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes.
