The entire house is furnished including the bedroom for you(Can offer unfurnished as well). The bedroom also includes your own private bathroom. You must be pet friendly because I have a small lap dog. I'm not willing to accept additional pets at this time. I am very obsessive about cleanliness so if you're not then PLEASE don't reply. I can be reached @ . Any person applying must be employed and willing to help keep the home nice, neat and clean. The community requires an application to be completed as well for identity verification. Minimum rental is 6 months but available from year to year as well.
