All adult occupants must be listed on the lease. Income verification will also be checked. Minimum 600 credit score. Household monthly income must be 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent. Referrals and verifications will be pulled from past landlords and places of work. Government-issued IDs and the last two pay stubs will need to be presented. No smoking.
