There is a park across the street from property and plenty of sidewalk in the area to go walking/running. Planet fitness is 5 to 10 min away and open 24 hours. This listing is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. You will have the master bedroom to yourself. With the bathroom inside bedroom. The room will be unfurnished. The unit has washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining room and living room is shared. I ask to keep kitchen clean. Smoking is allowed. I ask that you smoke outside on the balcony. To move in is security deposit of $1000 (negotiable) and $1500 first month rent. Security deposit is refundable. Rent is $1500 and is due the 1st thru the 3rd of the month.
