Comfortable sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a futon for additional accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, featuring modern appliances and cookware. There is an accessible laundry room on the same floor, with laundry cards available for purchase in the lobby. On-site parking is available for up to 2 cars. Concierge services are offered for booking local experiences like boat rentals, chefs, or massages. A fee of $15 is applicable per guest, except for those under 18, with payments made at the front desk using either credit card or cash. Located in North Bay Village, this studio provides easy access to Miami Beach, Wynwood Walls, Downtown Miami, Bal Harbour Shops, and the Miami Design District. The vibrant neighborhood is known for its dynamic urban ambiance, with a plethora of restaurants, chic coffee shops, and serene parks. We recommend renting a car or taking Uber for convenient transportation. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM, with early/late options available upon inquiry. Pets are not permitted in the studio. All adult guests are required to present an ID upon arrival. The front desk will assist with elevator access to the 3rd floor, given the necessity of a fob. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without prior approval. Violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
