The space includes super comfy seating, a flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels and Showtime, a coffee table, and end tables, creating a wonderful place to rest and recharge. The fully equipped bright kitchen comes with quality appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing homemade dishes. It also includes a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers. A dining table comfortably seats six guests for sit-down meals at home. The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests. A cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Guests must have a valid parking pass displayed at all times to prevent towing, with only one overnight pass allowed per condo. Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot and should be parked in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires. Located in the Oceania Plaza Condo complex, the Oceania Beach Club is about 75 miles from Orlando International Airport and 22 miles from Daytona Beach International Airport. The neighborhood offers various outdoor activities, including surfboard and boogie board rentals, guided kayak tours, boat and jet ski rentals, golf cart rentals, sunset river cruises, sunrise kayak tours, and fishing guides and charters. Nearby attractions include Buena Vista Park, Smyrna Dunes Park, Beachside Tavern, Disney World, and Kennedy Space Center. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the New Smyrna Beach Golf Course and Hidden Lakes Golf Club. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony, with a designated smoking area available on the property.
