THE 9 STORY FACILITY offers resort style amenities: Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub; Sauna; Business Center with Library, Conference Table and Large TV for virtual meetings; Aerobics room; Fitness room; Social room with Full Kitchen, Pool Table, Piano, Oversized TV, plush Furniture and Tables and includes a beautiful View of it's large Boat Dock and Boat Slips. THE UNIT, is a 3/2, 1500 sq. ft., fully furnished and stocked. It is located on the 2 floor with elevator access where the social room, conversational area and pool baths are located. Just bring your clothes and toiletries as everything is included! It sleeps 6 adults with 2 children, and 2 small dogs if approved: Master Bedroom (1 King bed), Bedroom 2 (Orthopedic Adjustable beds: 1 King or 2 Twins XL plus fold out twin), Bedroom 3 (1 Queen bed & futon). The unit has 2 large walk in closets which include bicycles, beach, boat, fishing and dog supplies. The balcony overlooks the Gulf Mexico inlet boat dock/slips and pool. One private parking space is allotted. SUBIT YOUR APPLICATION NOT LATER THAN 30-DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. All potential guests and dogs must be approved by the condominium association and unit owner. Reservations are not fully booked until applications are approved, a personal interview is conducted, the lease and waivers are signed, and the security deposit tendered - so start the process early! The application fee is $100/per married couple or individual adult.
