You can walk to beaches and shopping, but a car is recommended to experience all of Naples, including the Naples Pier. This is a pet-friendly rental, limited to 2 pets per stay. The property manager has the right to question breed and size, and may charge a penalty if a mess is left. Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details after booking for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. Any violation of house rules, including disrespectful use of property, lost or damaged items, exceeding guest limits, unauthorized gatherings, illegal activity, excessive cleaning or trash, or unauthorized use of pool heater, may result in charges to the credit card on file. Parties and special events are strictly prohibited. Falsified reservations are subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and may result in legal action. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Street or curbside parking is not customary and may be considered a nuisance. Guests are responsible for rolling trash bins to/from the curb on scheduled pickup days. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Pool heat may take 48 or more hours to reach the desired temperature and is dependent on external weather conditions. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable except in the case of total equipment failure. Guests shall not paint or make any alterations to the property or its contents. Guests are responsible for putting furniture back in its original place if rearranged. Lost, stolen, or damaged linens will be charged at three times the replacement cost. Locked closets, storage areas, and owner's property are off-limits to guests. Manager is not responsible for any personal property brought to the vacation rental property. Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises. Guests make use of the property, pool, and all other furnishings at their own risk. Manager, its employees, agents, or subcontractors may enter the premises to make necessary repairs and to periodically inspect the premises with advance notice. Lawn and pool personnel may have exterior access without notice. Utilities, internet, and basic cable TV service are provided, but guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously. Manager reserves the right to charge extra for excessive consumption. Guests will be charged for pay-per-view or specialty TV programs plus a $25 billing fee. There is no telephone service provided at most properties. Guests are encouraged to bring their own cellular telephones, computers, and other wireless devices. Longer stays may offer better rates, inquire with the local team. This property is managed by a professional property management team. The longer you stay, the more you will save.
