This condo offers easy access to downtown and is just a short drive from 9 miles of beautiful beaches. Your accommodations include a king bed in the main bedroom and a king bed with a bunk-style twin bed in the second bedroom, along with two well-appointed full-sized bathrooms. The first-floor lanai allows convenient access to all the amenities without stairs or an elevator. Enjoy casual indoor dining for six and outdoor meals on the lanai. Parking is available just outside the front door with ample guest parking as well. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool, sports facilities including tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, lakefront walking paths, and barbecue grills at the island gazebo. On-property dining is available at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant and Bar, offering delicious seafood and a full bar. Guest services are available from 7 am to 11 pm, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores, and about a 12-minute drive to downtown Naples. Horizon Way and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Venetian Village, with waterside shopping and dining, and Waterside Shops, a luxury shopping mall, are just a short distance away. Enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato or the Pavilion. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025, which may cause some construction noise and dust. Each unit will take 2 days to complete and will not be available for booking during the replacement. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation, and occupancy is strictly enforced.
