On-site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. Your accommodations include two king beds and a sleeper sofa along with two full-sized bathrooms. There is casual indoor dining for four and outdoor meals can be enjoyed on the lanai at the dining set that seats two and a seating area that seats two, or at the grilling gazebo at Park Shore Resort. The main bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and has a sprawling en-suite bathroom along with direct lanai access. The second bedroom has a king bed and a wall-mounted smart TV. Parking is available just outside the building on the ground floor. There is an elevator to the third floor of the building along with stairs. This unit has a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use throughout their stay. This condo comes with two beach chairs for guests to use while staying. TVs are located in each of the bedrooms and the family room, and they are all smart TVs. Live channels are available in the family room. The condo offers parking just outside the building on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy on-property dining at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant and Bar, which serves delicious meals with a full bar and seafood options. Whether you choose to dine indoors or al fresco with views of the pool and waterfall, you’ll enjoy a meal with a view. Takeout is available too. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores and about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles). There is a maximum of six guests allowed per reservation, and occupancy is strictly enforced. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025. Each unit will take two days to complete and will not be able to be booked during the replacement. There will be no disruption to the community amenities or services during this time other than some construction noise and dust.
