The unit is located on the 1st floor, and parking is provided free of charge with a pass from the office. This unit offers an array of top-notch amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensils, a state-of-the-art TV with cable and Wi-Fi, beach chairs, linens, towels, and more. Start your day off with a breathtaking view from your own private lanai, or perhaps take a leisurely morning drive to the nearby beach. When the day is done, unwind with a refreshing cocktail at Hogfish Harrys or one of the many top-rated restaurants in the area. Guest access is with a keycard that is obtained by the front desk. There is no gate at the Park Shore Resort. Park Shore Resort is truly a gem among the best of Naples, with a host of top-of-the-line amenities for your pleasure, including a heated pool, hot tub, barbecue area, picnic areas, and much more. Uber and Lyft are very common in this area if you choose not to rent a car. You can walk to a few restaurants but driving is recommended. Per the HOA, there must be one person who is at least 25 years old staying in the unit. They will not provide a key to anyone under that age. The hot tub is not operational at this time. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with a starter set of body wash, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels, and 1 dishwashing pod. Once these items run out, they are not replenished. You will need to check in to the office to obtain a key. Parking is free but you will need a pass from the office.
