Welcome to our first-floor condo located in the "C" building of Park Shore Resort, nestled within a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL. This condo offers convenient access to downtown and is just a short drive from 9 miles of pristine beaches. Enjoy on-site amenities such as a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Your accommodations include a king bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa, along with two full-sized bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite off the main bedroom. The first-floor lanai allows guests to easily access all the amenities at Park Shore Resort without stairs or an elevator. Enjoy casual indoor dining for four and outdoor meals on the lanai. The resort offers five propane grills and a gazebo for guests to enjoy a meal surrounded by the lake. Parking is available just outside the front door with plenty of guest parking as well. The resort features a fully equipped fitness center located in the lobby. On-property dining is available at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant and Bar, offering delicious meals with a full bar and seafood options. Takeout is also available. Park Shore Resort is centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, making it an ideal vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores and is about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) are the closest beaches to the resort. Venetian Village (1.2 miles) offers waterside shopping and dining, while Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall nearby. Enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles). The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025, which may cause some construction noise and dust. Each unit will take two days to complete and will not be available for booking during the replacement. There is a maximum of six guests allowed per reservation, and occupancy is strictly enforced. This unit does not have a washer or dryer, but a cash/card-operated laundry facility is available at Park Shore Resort. The resort is managed by a trusted partner with staff available at the front desk from 7 am until 11 pm and a 24/7 call center to ensure a wonderful stay.
