This third-floor unit is accessible by stairs and an elevator and is located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL, very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches. This deluxe model features the largest size unit available in Park Shore Resort and has the bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo and an open kitchen. There is casual indoor dining for four and three barstools at the kitchen counter. Guests can enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo, which has a four-top outdoor dining table and two chairs and a small table on the lanai. Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor. Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
