Our second-floor condo is located in the "A" building of Park Shore Resort, nestled within a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL. This serene retreat is just a short drive from downtown and 9 miles of beautiful beaches. The condo features a king bed, two twin beds, a pull-out sofa, and two full-sized bathrooms. Enjoy the mature tree and lake views from the open-air lanai, and take advantage of free parking available on the ground floor. Please note that the unit is on the second floor and does not have elevator access. Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway offering a tranquil escape amid serene waterways and lush greenery. The kitchen was remodeled in the summer of 2025, and the condo provides casual indoor dining for four, with the option to enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai. The resort features stylish accommodations designed with comfort and style in mind, ensuring a perfect retreat for relaxation. The resort offers a variety of amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, beach volleyball, a basketball hoop, and racquetball. The fully equipped fitness center is located in the lobby. Guests can enjoy a leisurely barbecue at the island gazebo with grills available for use. On-property dining is available at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant and Bar, offering delicious seafood and a full bar with indoor and al fresco dining options.
