Deauville Lake Community has a Minimum 1 month and Maximum 6 month rental options available. All renters will have to fill out application. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. 1 king bed in primary bedroom, 1 queen bed in guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. Blow-up mattress available. Condo comes stocked with beach chairs and towels, board and card games, towels and makeup towels, all kitchen supplies, iron and ironing-board, Keurig coffee maker, food processor/blender combo, toatser oven/airfryer combo, vaccume, mop, swiffer, etc. Each renter will get a small supply of laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets, hand soap for each bathroom, kitchen soap and dishwasher soap. All cleaning supplies available for use. If you would like cleaning service during your stay, we can coordinate on your behalf for an additional fee. Opening and closing instructions will be posted in a welcome book in the kitchen. The rental comes with 1 covered parking spot.
