Beach towels are available for guests' use, with the beach only 12 minutes away. There are plenty of on-site amenities for you to enjoy, including a basketball court, walking and jogging paths, a community clubhouse with billiards, an exercise room, a library, and a heated community pool and spa. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment.
