Ben grew up in New Hampshire and moved to south Florida in 1990, spending the last six years in Naples. Ben worked for an event production company for over 20 years, producing once in a lifetime events. Ben believes that the strengths he acquired over those 20 years is what makes him successful in the Real Estate business. His work ethic, attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, and follow through with vendors and clients is helpful for all clients in their transactions. Ben knows that buying or selling a home can be a very exciting but stressful time of ones life. Having a very positive, “can do” attitude, Ben will work with you to find the perfect house for the best price. If you’re selling, Ben will work to sell your home as quick as possible for the highest price. Ben knows that with his efforts and the tools and connections of Coldwell Banker he will make your experience pleasurable. Ben spends his free time with his wife of 32 years traveling and exercising. His one son lives in Ft Lauderdale. Ben is involved in the Collier County Community with Habitat for Humanity as a volunteer.
