Upon entering the condo, you are welcomed into an open-concept kitchen with a large countertop that flows into the family room and dining space. Guests will immediately notice the gorgeous view from the condo, as the buildings in Sunrise surround a courtyard with a beautiful heated pool in the center. The kitchen is equipped with a water filter to enhance the taste of the water. The condo also features a large laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a nice terrace off the front of the building that overlooks the parking area. Kid-friendly amenities include a twin blow-up mattress and a pack-and-play collapsible crib. It is recommended to have a vehicle as Naples is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the condo. Pets are not allowed in this property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will receive the codes to check in once full payment and HOA approval have been received. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment. Allow 30 days for processing.
