It has a fully equipped kitchen and a pet-friendly backyard oasis with palms and a pristine pool/spa. Great lounging areas, some shaded, and pool toys. You’ll love the coolers and all the beach stuff, even a wagon! Please note the pool heater is off between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat. The entire property is available to only you during your stay. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Trash and recycling should be placed at the street the night before pickup on Wednesdays for both recycling and trash bins, and on Saturdays for the trash bin only.
