Since 1987 Hope Moore has called Naples home and no matter where she has traveled one foot was always firmly planted on the gulf beaches. Hope was successful in a variety of business settings, both in the U.S. and abroad. She began her career in sales and brand management for IBM and IBM Canada. Her experience working with Refugees International Japan after a move to Tokyo sparked her deep commitment to giving back and she later founded a non-profit to teach philanthropy to high-school-aged youth. Hope's family has a history in the wine business and with a move to Washington State she followed in her grandfather's footsteps and became a winemaker. Using her entrepreneurial skills, she blended her two passions and built a winery that would ultimately fund her philanthropy. After 12 years Hope retired from the wine business and moved to Naples full time to be closer to family. But an interesting thing happened along the way. After living in 25 different homes Hope developed a talent for design, custom construction and interior renovation. She has a keen eye for detail, a flair for design and over 30 years of hands-on experience successfully transforming properties. Hope believes that vision is "the art of seeing what is invisible to others." But at the beginning and end of every project was the real estate agent. Hope knows what people look for from their agent because she has sat at the negotiating table countless times. She understands the importance of listening and understanding what the customer needs, solving problems and executing with integrity. So she shifted her business acumen and design experience to the other side of the table. Hope wants to give her client's dreams an address, and she wants it to be a positive experience.
