This luxury vacation home offers exceptional guest accommodations, blending convenience and escape. This home features a volleyball court, fire pit, BBQ grill, and a miniature golf course. Please note that these are shared amenities. Free parking is available for 3-4 vehicles depending on size, with one additional vehicle allowed outside the gate. Boats are excluded inside the gate. Located in an ideal area, this home is minutes away from the Historic Downtown Mount Dora. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $300 fine for violation. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $300 fine, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation will incur a $300 fine per pet. A $150 fee applies for late check-out after 10:00 a.m. If more than 2 hours late, the guest is responsible for that day's rate. Guests are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check-out. Unregistered guests not disclosed before check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night per guest. The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund. Failure to properly dispose of food waste may result in an additional charge of $50.
