Late check-out fees apply: a $150 fee for late check-out after 10:00 am, and more than 2 hours late incurs a charge of that day's rate. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a violation fine of $300. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine of $300, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, with a violation fine of $300 per pet. Occupants cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking, and any unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per night per guest. The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of late check-out. A laptop computer is not included.
