The inviting front porch leads to a fun entry space featuring a pool table and bistro table, flowing into the formal dining area with seating for 8. The open living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
