A full-size washer and dryer, an ironing board, and an iron are provided for guest use. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Uber and Lyft are popular in the area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors offers alcohol delivery as well. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10:00 PM sharp. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not hosted at any time.
