The condo features three bedrooms with ample sleeping space to accommodate up to eight people. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and the third bedroom includes a queen bed. After a day of exploring Miramar Beach, relax in the living room by watching TV or enjoy a drink on the screened patio. The condo is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a full kitchen. Street parking is available for two cars. Located close to exciting activities, you can spend the day enjoying Jet Ski rentals, parasailing, and numerous shopping opportunities at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers. For family fun, head over to Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park to enjoy over 40 water attractions. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Travelers must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation.
