Enjoy a King bed in the bedroom, twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is ensuite with a shower and tub combo. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and a private balcony. Enjoy access to a seasonally heated community pool and a hot tub. Parking is available close to the building. A community laundry room is available for use on the same floor as the unit for a per-use fee. This is a third-floor unit with no elevator access, requiring three flights of stairs to reach. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect. No smoking is permitted in the condo or on the balcony at any time, or a full security deposit will be enforced for odor removal.
