The kitchen is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. The living room area offers vaulted ceilings, a queen sleeper sofa, an accent chair, and a Roku-enabled TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a Roku-enabled TV. There is a community pool (heated seasonally), a hot tub, and community charcoal grills. Parking is easy and convenient, and the apartment can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot, with provided parking passes for your stay. Golf cart, trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex. The laundry facility outside the door accepts cash, coins, and cards. A high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware, utensils, and cups are available for tiny travelers. This property boasts a prime location, with the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. Situated right on the Miramar Beach/Destin line, you'll find that everything is just a short drive away. A few minutes drive in either direction will take you to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons (shopping/entertainment), HarborWalk Village, Big Kahunas, The Track, and many grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions for all ages. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction! As this is a residential complex, a 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. The HOA does not permit pets.
