The gated community consists of a small group of condos, all facing the pool and courtyard, where guests of all ages can enjoy daily activities. The large gated pool area offers sun loungers, shaded spots, and life-size Connect 4 and cornhole for entertainment. Charcoal grilling areas are scattered throughout the complex, and for those with electric vehicles, a first-come, first-serve charging station is available. A short walk across the courtyard and Scenic 98 leads you to the beach, with exclusive gated access for guests, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Seacove offers a designated parking space, so planning your vehicle arrangement prior to arrival is essential, as public parking is limited and rare off-site. The family-friendly home includes a pack and play, high chair, baby gates for the stairs, and plastic kids' plates, cups, bowls, and silverware for guest use. Coffee enthusiasts can enjoy both a standard drip coffee pot and a Keurig, just bring your favorite coffee and cream to savor a cup while watching the sunrise. Seacove is conveniently located for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The private beach is exclusive to guests in the Seacove subdivision, with a coded gate for access. This 2nd story condo does not have elevator access, only stairways. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-ins, late check-outs, early parking, or luggage drop-offs are not available. The property is for vacation rental only, and parties are prohibited. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed, and bringing one will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony, and a full security deposit will be enforced for odor removal. Parking is restricted to the designated space in front of the unit, and towing fees apply for violations. Air conditioning should not be set below 70 degrees, and doors should not be left open to prevent freezing the unit. Any issues must be disclosed during your stay prior to checkout, or guests will be held liable for damages. Checkout recommendations include stripping linens from used beds, taking excess trash to the dumpster, and starting the dishwasher with provided detergent.
